It starts with a free online consultation. You send us a few photos and tell us what bothers you, and one of our doctors reviews your case personally. You receive an honest medical opinion, a recommended plan and a clear price before you commit to anything. If surgery is not the right answer for you, we will tell you that too.
How long do I need to stay in Istanbul?
It depends on the procedure. Most facial and body surgeries require a stay of roughly six to ten days so your doctor can complete the post-operative checks and clear you to fly. Non-surgical treatments and dental work are usually shorter. We confirm the exact length of stay in your consultation, before you book any flights.
What is included in the package?
Your all-inclusive package covers the surgery and hospital stay, your doctor and anaesthesia team, pre-operative tests, airport transfers, accommodation at one of our partner hotels, nurse visits during recovery, medication and post-operative garments, and your final check-up before departure. You receive a written breakdown so there are no surprises after arrival.
Who will perform my surgery?
Your operation is performed by a European Board certified doctor in a fully licensed private hospital, never by an assistant or a rotating team you have not met. You speak with your doctor during consultation, on the day before surgery and at your final check-up, and the same doctor stays responsible for your case after you return home.
Is there a language barrier?
No. Every consultation, hospital visit and check-up is accompanied by an English-speaking patient coordinator who stays with you throughout your journey. Your coordinator is reachable on WhatsApp for the entire time you are in Istanbul, including outside clinic hours.
Why is treatment in Turkey more affordable?
The difference comes from lower operating and living costs in Turkey, not from lower standards. The same accredited hospitals, implant brands and surgical materials used across Europe are used here. We never reduce cost by shortening your hospital stay, cutting follow-up care or grouping several patients into a single surgical day.
What happens after I fly home?
Recovery does not end at the airport. Your doctor and coordinator follow your healing remotely with scheduled check-ins, and you can send photos or questions at any point during your recovery. If anything concerns you months later, you contact the same people who treated you.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, and we encourage it. Companions stay with you at the partner hotel and are included in your transfers. Let us know when you book so your accommodation and hospital arrangements are planned around both of you.
