When you send an enquiry through our form or contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we may receive:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The procedure you are interested in, your preferred timing and any message you write.
• Photographs and health information you choose to share so a doctor can assess your case. This is special-category data and we only process it with your explicit consent.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website. The only cookies set are those strictly necessary for the site to function (see the cookie policy).

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
• To let the treating doctor review your case and give you a medical opinion, plan and price.
• To organise your treatment, travel, accommodation and aftercare if you decide to go ahead.
• To keep the records we are legally required to keep as a healthcare coordinator.

We process your contact details to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and your photographs and health information on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us. Where we must keep records by law, we rely on that legal obligation.

Your information is shared only with:

• The doctor and hospital team who will assess and, if you proceed, treat you.
• Our patient coordinators.
• The email service that delivers form submissions to us, which processes the message on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.

Because treatment takes place in Türkiye, information you send from the EU or UK is transferred there. We protect it with contractual safeguards and by limiting access to the medical team handling your case.

Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted within 12 months. Records of patients who are treated are kept for the period required by Turkish healthcare law, after which they are securely destroyed.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct or delete it, or restrict how we use it.
• Withdraw your consent to the processing of your photographs and health information.
• Complain to your data protection authority: the KVKK Board in Türkiye, the ICO in the UK, or your national authority in the EU.
